I currently only ship to addresses in the UK.
Postage costs are £12.12 and orders are sent using Parcelforce Express 48. You email address will be provided to Parcelforce so that you can track the parcel. I cannot be liable for re-delivery costs if you are not in to receive the parcel.
All prints are sent flat (sandwiched between double wall cardboard)
While delivery times are usually 3-5 working days, the period may be longer due to the current situation with Coronavirus.
Some prints are made on demand and this may delay delivery times by 5-10 working days. If you order multiple versions of the same print then it is possible that additional prints will need to be made to order (therefore extending delivery times by 5-10 days) but you will be notified of any possible delay to delivery by email shortly after placing an order.
Customers may return prints and receive a full refund providing that they are returned with the same packaging and that the prints arrive in the same condition that they were in when they sent (e.g. not creased or marked with finger prints). You must notify me with 7 days of receiving the parcel and the prints must be returned to me within 30 days from the date that you received it. The customer must arrange and pay for return postage and it is recommended that you use a tracked/signed service. Please contact me prior to making the return using the following email address:
If the prints were damaged in the post when they on their way to you, then please email me photographic evidence of both the print and the packaging when you contact me to request a return. Once, I have accepted your request to return the order, I will email you a label for you to print at home which you must then attach it to the parcel and and take to your nearest Post Office Branch or Depot. Once I have inspected the items and confirmed that they are damaged, you will be issued with a refund for the print and outward postage. Alternatively, you will have the option of having a new print sent to you at no cost. If you chose not return the goods/pay the costs of delivery, we may deduct the direct costs of recovery from the amount to be credited to you.
